In seven installments:
I’ve shared the story of my spiritual beliefs and practices, how these beliefs have come and gone and shifted, and ultimately how everything fell apart for me.
You might be wondering why it matters to you what I believe and the answer is, it doesn’t. I’m not here to tell you what’s true or what you should do or believe or be. What’s true for me may not be true for you at all. But there’s something about sharing our stories with one another that does matter. So if you are engaged in your own spiritual exploration, maybe my thoughts will be of interest to you.
Also, creative inspiration and spiritual imagination are the same thing, or flow from the same source. They’re intertwined. So, if I’m going to share creative practice with you, spirituality is a part of that.
For now, I’ve shared this story with my paid subscribers (thank you) and I invite you, if you feel interested in this subject matter, to join us behind the paywall, where my more personal posts live.
If that’s not your cup of tea, then I hope you’ll consider a free subscription. I write about other things, too, beneath this big umbrella of creative living, and most of what I write here is free and open to all.
