Nine months ago, I began writing a memoir called Cosmic Heart and sharing it chapter by chapter with paid subscribers.
It’s a personal project, and like all of my projects, I’m writing without a net. (I don’t do outlines.) I felt a little nervous stepping into it, almost protective, but now, the time feels right to open it up. I’ve removed the paywall from previous chapters, and the remainder will be published for free.
This is a looping story about the sacred found in daily life, how the paranormal is sometimes normal, the things we see and can’t see. It’s a memoir that weaves together personal stories, mystical experiences, and cultural reflections to explore what it means to live with openness and integrity in an uncertain world.
It’s about what happens when you listen to the voice within, even when that voice is disruptive. It’s about growing up with religion, walking away, and then slowly circling back to something deeper and more mysterious. It’s about intuition, memory, watching lights in the sky, and finding extraordinary meaning in the ordinary.
In short, it’s about what happens when you attempt to live with a cosmic heart.
